Steeleye Span, Rocket Cottage, LP UK Chrysalis (September 1976) - CHR 1123 (September 1976)

Recorded in Holland and produced by Mike Batt, this album has received mixed reviews from critics. The packaging is very stingy with information, we know nothing about the graphics which nevertheless appear original: a rocket shot into the sky whose shape is that of a cottage with the musicians looking out of the windows. A simple way to represent the union between tradition and progress. On the back of the Chrysalis edition there are some circles with close-ups of the six musicians.

Registrato in Olanda e prodotto da Mike Batt, questo disco ha suscitato giudizi contrastanti da parte della critica. La confezione è assai avara di informazioni, non sappiamo nulla della grafica che appare tuttavia originale: un razzo sparato in cielo la cui forma è quella di un cottage alle cui finestre si affacciano i musicisti. Un modo semplice per rappresentare l'unione fra tradizione e progresso. Sul retro dell'edizione Chrysalis vi sono dei tondi con i primi piani dei sei musicisti.
