Il concerto al Royalty Theatre di Londra è l’ultimo degli undici che Sandy ha tenuto in Inghilterra nel novembre del 1977, l’ultimo in assoluto della sua vita (la Nixed ne farà un bootleg col titolo "One Last Sad Refrain"). La registrazione viene pubblicata venti anni dopo con un attento lavoro di ripulitura. Jerry Donahue, con un attento e paziente lavoro di restauro, ha sovrainciso pezzi di chitarra rimasti alterati e le seconde voci, malamente riportate sui vecchi nastri, sono state registrate di nuovo da Simon Nicol e Chris Leslie. Fautore di questo progetto è John Penallow, autore anche delle note di copertina, mentre il booklet è disegnato da Cally e Antar.
