Fairport Convention, 50:50@50 CD Matty Grooves 2017 (MGCD054) L'album
contiene sei nuovi brani che sono stati registrati ai Woodworm Studios
nell'Oxfordshire nel novembre 2016, compresa una rielaborazione di Danny Jack's
Reward che originariamente è stata incisa nell'album “Festival Bell”, e sei
tracce live. Queste ultime sono state
registrate tra il 2014 e il 2016 in diversi concerti tra cui i warm-up della
band per il loro Festival di Cropredy presso il Centro Mill Arts a Banbury. La
qualità della registrazione, effettuata dal produttore John Gale, è brillante e
dettagliata. La concezione della copertina è di Mike Toole, le fotografie all’interno
del libretto sono opera di Ben Nicholson.
