Questo doppio cd raccoglie principalmente composizioni tra il 1985 e il 1995, vale a dire nei primi dieci anni di ricomposizione del gruppo. Molti dei brani sono tratti dal tour live del 1990. L'introduzione sul booklet è scritta da John Crosby. La grafica del Cd è anonima e alquanto spartana ma a questi aspetti i tedeschi della Metronome non hanno mai prestato molta attenzione.
