Fairport Convention, Folk with Poke Instrumentals and Sloth, LP  Festival Records 1982 - L37944

Rare Australian album released by Festival for the twentieth anniversary of who knows what (perhaps the birth of the record company itself?). The vinyl is a rather bizarre compilation starting from the title: the only vinyl without the complete definition "Fairport Convention" was "Gottle O'Geer" to which this album is now added. The cover graphics reproduce caricatures of the musicians speaking through cartoons.

Raro disco australiano pubblicato dalla Festival per il ventesimo anniversario di non si sa cosa (forse della nascita della stessa casa discografica?). Il vinile è una compilation alquanto bizzarra a cominciare dal titolo: l'unico vinile senza la definizione completa "Fairport Convention" era "Gottle O'Geer" al quale ora si aggiunge questo album. La grafica di copertina riproduce le caricature dei musicisti che parlano attraverso vignette.
