Topettes!! is a band formed by Barnaby Stradling in 2014 and this is their first album, recorded at Giant Wafer Studio by Joe Garcia and then mixed by Nick Cooke at Pure Records NIM. The group also includes Andy Cutting (also like Stradling in Blowzabella), Julien Cartonnet, James Delarre and Tania Buisse. The album is in crescendo, Barn Strading's bass is in great evidence, and finds its peak in the energetic La Belle sur le Navire / Bouree des Cochettes. The cover graphics, designed by Sanna Stradling, are very characteristic.
