A great album this "Under the rose": electric sounds very eighties but great compositional refinement and a splendid Cathy Lesurf, whose voice enchants in songs like "Woodlands of England" and "The shipwreck". The album, produced by Albion and Mick Dolan, was recorded in 1984 at the Millstream Studios. The illustrations, very modest, are by D. & L. Potter.
