Si tratta di un CD di ormai difficile reperibilità che contiene varie registrazioni BBC in occasione delle John Peel Sessions nel periodo 1976-1990. Il booklet contiene una presentazione di Charlotte Grieg. Le tracce 1 e 12 si possono ritrovare anche nel raro sampler di "Freedom and Rain" registrato nel periodo della collaborazione con la Oyster Band. L'interpretazione di "White Rabbitt" di Grace Slick è davvero splendida.
