Si tratta di un doppio CD edito dalla Sanctuary: nel primo disco vi sono brani tratti dagli album di Swarb mentre il disco 2 è costituito da registrazioni live in occasione dei folk festival di Cambridge del 1980 e 1984. Le note di copertina sono di Colin Harper mentre i disegni sono opera di Becky Stewart.
