The Original Sandy Denny, LP UK Mooncrest / B&C Recordings 1978 - CREST 28

One of two vinyl releases released the same year by Mooncrest, almost identical except for the front cover and the fact that this album has the B&C Recordings logo on the front and back. The album features Sandy's songs from the 1967 albums "Alex Campbell and his friends" and "Sandy and Johnny". However, unlike previous compilations, here Sandy's version of "Been On The Road So Long" is replaced by Alex Campbell's version with Sandy Denny's vocals in the background.

L'album contiene le canzoni di Sandy tratte dagli album del 1967 "Alex Campbell and his friends" e "Sandy and Johnny". Tuttavia, rispetto a compilation precedenti, qui la versione di Sandy di "Been On The Road So Long" è sostituita da quella di Alex Campbell con la voce di Sandy Denny in secondo piano.
