The Original Sandy Denny, LP UK Mooncrest 1978 - CREST 28

One of two vinyls released the same year by Mooncrest, almost identical, except for the front cover and the fact that the next one has the B&C Recordings logo on the front and back cover. The back cover is the same. The album contains Sandy's songs from the 1967 albums "Alex Campbell and his friends" and "Sandy and Johnny". However, unlike previous compilations, here Sandy's version of "Been On The Road So Long" is replaced by Alex Campbell's version with Sandy Denny's vocals in the background.

Uno dei due vinili pubblicati lo stesso anno dalla Mooncrest, pressoché identici, se si esclude la front cover e il fatto che il successivo abbia sul fronte e sul retro di copertina il marchio della B&C Recordings. La back cover è uguale. L'album contiene le canzoni di Sandy tratte dagli album del 1967 "Alex Campbell and his friends" e "Sandy and Johnny". Tuttavia, rispetto a compilation precedenti, qui la versione di Sandy di "Been On The Road So Long" è sostituita da quella di Alex Campbell con la voce di Sandy Denny in secondo piano.
