This Volume II is also reprinted for the fourth time and for the second time in the same year: it is not clear why since the publisher is the same. Also mysteriously the title is slightly modified because "old" has become "olde". The record label is identical to that of the third printing with the only difference that the "Made in England" disappears. However, this is the first "stereo" version. As for the front cover, the fabric design appears to be the work of Barry Lester & Company.

Anche questo Volume II viene ristampato per la quarta volta e per la seconda volta nello stesso anno: non si capisce il perché visto che l'editore è lo stesso. Inoltre misteriosamente il titolo leggeremente modificato perché "old" è diventato "olde". L'etichetta del disco è identica a quella della terza stampa con la sola differenza che scompare il "Made in England". Si tratta comunque della prima versione "stereo". Per quanto riguarda la front cover, il disegno in tessuto risulta essere opera di Barry Lester & Company.
