Questo bellissimo  ottavo album di Bert è profondamente radicato nella tradizione e si avvale della collaborazioni di grandi artisti come Ralph McTell, Tony Visconti e Mary Hopkin. Il produttore è nientemeno che il contrabassista Danny Thompson. Ingegneri del suono  sono John Wood e Vic Gammon. La copertina, bellissima, è opera di Heater Jansch.
