Il fatto oggettivamente appare un po' ridicolo: un tal Malcolm Rowe, insegnante professionista di ginnastica aerobica, propone di usare il folk e si rivolge a Malcolm Holmes, produttore della Albion band, per realizzare il presente CD. In copertina e nel booklet, plastici personaggi mostrano tutte le posizioni degli esercizi. I brani, selezionati da Hutchings, sono tratti dai dischi qui a seguire elencati.
